Constant support
Weekly Visits
We meet you every week for the first four weeks to talk through any questions you want answered and to generally ensure you are settling in well.

Monthly visits
After this, we see you on a monthly basis. These give you a dedicated opportunity to talk with us about any issues that might be bothering you – inside or outside school.

We provide a 24-hour, 7-day week emergency phone number for students and parents to deal with unexpected events (cancelled flights, suspensions, school strikes or illness).

Medical problems
We ensure you are accompanied to all medical appointments and process the documents for insurance.

Parent-teacher meetings
Schools have parent teacher meetings once or twice a year. We will attend the parent-teacher meetings and provide a full feedback report to the parent.

Parent Reporting
We are available to provide educational and welfare updates at any point during the year.

Holidays, Half-term Breaks and Boarder Weekends
For day-students who wish to stay in Ireland for Christmas and Easter holidays and for Boarders wishing to stay in Ireland for half-term holidays, we organise for students to be hosted with one of our caring families. We also organise accommodation for Boarder Weekends.

Immigration and Visa Support
For students requiring registration with immigration authorities, we book appointments and accompany you to these meetings.

When you leave
We make sure you have the necessary convalidation documents to transition back into school in your home country.
Departure Transfer
We bring you back to the airport at the end of your stay in Ireland and see you safely through security. Parents get notifications when this happens.
